2025-12-13The Nail techs are amazing. Kenny did an amazing job on my set this go around. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because I feel like no one is on the same page. I was told $65 for a fill-in and the “design” I got. But when I went to cash out they charged me $80. I gonna post two different pics, the first one was the first set the done which was a new set that cost $80. And the second set it what I got done this time. They’re saying because it was ombré is why it cost more. I asked for green tips with glitter back. I’m just confused how I was charged $80 for a brand new set and $80 for a fill-in.

2025-11-12I typically don’t leave reviews, but I was absolutely blown away by the service I received today! Mia and Ly did my manicure and pedicure, and they were both amazing. Mia was incredibly knowledgeable about gel builder and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Ly gave me the best pedicure of my life—so relaxing and detailed. Both ladies were friendly, professional, and made the entire experience wonderful. Hands down the best service I’ve ever had at a nail salon! Highly recommend!

2025-10-01Ruby did my nails today, I asked for a light blue cat eye and she did not disappoint! We worked through a couple different options on simple designs with the magnets and she found the cutest one! Going to my best friend’s wedding this weekend and I’m so excited to show them off. She paid so much attention to the shape of every nail and when I mentioned one being a bit crooked she took the time to fix it and checked in with me often to make sure I liked everything about them. Mickey did my toes as well in the same color and worked just as hard! So happy with them and I’ll absolutely be back.

2025-11-22The best nail salon in Cartersville and Jay is an amazing artist. He did the exact picture I showed him but better. My daughter wanted stitch and angel nails she got exactly what she wanted too! Go here if you are sick of being disappointed when you leave your current nail salon. 316 will have you feeling like a brand new BADDIEE. ALSO THEY HAVE A 10 day guarantee so if anything chips or comes off they’ll fix it free of charge
