Mila Nail Bar

My first and last visit to this salon was a disappointment. The place looks nice, but the service was far from satisfactory. I got a pedicure and a new full set of nails. The pedicure was okay, but the nail technician was careless and rushed the job. I ended up with acrylic in my cuticle and under my nails, which is now irritated. The shape and length of my nails are uneven, and some are even crooked. To top it off, the prices are overpriced for the poor quality service. I don’t mind paying a premium for great quality, but this salon is overpriced for the subpar service they provide.

Had a wonderful experience! I did a pedicure with Trish and had tips and gel done by Selena. Trish was very sweet and made sure I had anything I needed. She did a great job messaging my legs I almost fell asleep! Selena was locked in on my nails and you can tell! They turned out exactly how I wanted, and she took extra care of the shape! They are not super thick, they're smooth, and the design was executed perfectly. 100% recommend, this is the best experience I've had after going to many salons in the Gwinnett area! (Blue and black design) Update 9/26: I got my nails and toes done again! No complaints here, everything came out great! (Pink and Green design) Update 10/33: I got my nails done today by Kaylee this time. She did amazing and the design turned out BETTER than my inspo pics! (Square French tip)

My experience was like none other!! When we first entered my daughter and I were instantly greeted with a warm welcome. We washed our hands and was seated immediately. I'm writing this review while being serviced as we speak. Mind you our appointment was at 11 am. It hasn't even been an hour! I bought my book with me thinking it would take long. Didn't touch the book. I was handled with so much care and attention to detail. And that goes without saying because I have OCD. Miss JENNY made my manicure so relaxing and handled me oh so gently. Miss Ly crafted beauty with my toes!! I mean I haven't had a pedicure in over 6 months! So just imagine that! Both were AMAZING!! I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE. And to top it off I had the bartender serve me white wine. My belongings were placed in zip loc and plastic bags for their security. My daughter and I have found our forever nail salon. This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. I requested an SNS set and worked with a technician named Leng (or Ling). The service cost $48, but it didn’t feel like it was done with care or quality. The customer service was poor — no one greeted or engaged with me, and even when I tried to start a conversation, my nail tech stayed silent. Throughout the process, she was rough with the drill and hurt my skin several times — I even bled twice. They make you sign a waiver beforehand saying that any bleeding isn’t their fault, which I find very concerning and unprofessional. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable, and my nails don’t look professional at all. I was handed color options at the last minute and felt rushed to decide. I wasn’t offered anything or made to feel like a valued customer. I’ve gotten my nails done plenty of times before and know what a quality experience looks like — my family even owns a spa up North that offers nail services, so I understand what proper care and service should feel like. Sadly, this salon didn’t provide that. I was hoping to find a place my friends and I could enjoy together, but this definitely wasn’t it. These photos are from immediately after my service.

Second time at the salon and they did not disappoint. Initially I was looking for a good nail salon but was having trouble finding one in the Lawrenceville area since I had just moved. Then I came across Mila Nail Bar and oh my , did they do an amazing job! Excellent customer service. Addy did my toes and she was outstanding with her work ethic and friendly demeanor. Katie did my gel x and was very professional with her work. Will be returning again! 10/10 recommend to anybody in the area.
