Toi Spa University Nail Spa

I was really disappointed with my visit. My manicure appointment only took about 30 minutes, and it felt like the nail artist was rushing instead of taking her time. I asked for a Russian manicure with a thin white French line, but she made it thick even after I mentioned I wanted it thinner. The nails were left uneven with clumps of product, and the overall finish looked messy. For the price and the time spent, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Definitely not worth 80 dollars I can get a nice pair or press one for 5 and it looks better than this.

My mom and I have been coming to this location consistently throughout the years. I recently moved back to south Florida after being away for 10years and it’s still the best nail salon I’ve been to in South Florida. The salon is always immaculately clean, even the air quality is better than most nail salons. The staff is professional, kind, talented and efficient. The front desk is a joy to work with but they also offer online booking as well. I’ve been getting my nails done with Helen and she is amazing! She leaves my nails beautifully shaped and my acrylics are shaped and polished perfectly. She’s also so awesome to talk to and she works efficiently without sacrificing the integrity of her work. I love her! Even when I was just visiting I always had a positive experience with all the technicians here and if they do something you don’t like they are always happy to make adjustments. As a salon professional myself I can say that Toi Spa is impressive and the only place I will come to get my nails done in South Florida!

I booked with Hani, she was very sweet. I showed reference photos (first photo) of a long stiletto set with detailed foil and charms multiple times. What I received (last photo) was shorter, more almond-shaped nails with foil placed by hand (not with tweezers) and charms that weren’t precise. Some charms were even substituted and applied by someone else while Hani worked on another client. I paid $180 for a full set and polish on my toes, which is luxury pricing, and was told by my friend who referred me that this place could do what i wanted for $112 but the work felt unfocused and didn’t match the quality of the inspo. I was there from 10:30am to 12:52pm; more than enough time for the detail I had asked for. They’re cute.. but not quite what I requested. Edit: I came back for a redo with Anna, and she did an amazing job. I really appreciate the opportunity and the accommodating service, I’m very happy with my new nails.

I've been coming to this location for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. I typically get Gel-X with designs, along with pedicures, and the quality is always consistent. The space is always clean, welcoming, and overall quite nice. You can tell that all staff are hardworking, and it shows with their tenure. If you are looking for nail designs, I highly recommend seeing Favi for Gel-X and nail art. Ive included photos below and the majority were by her.
