2025-10-23I purchased the v beauty pure chrome polish in pumpkin on October 17 got my nails done on October 18 and by the same day my nails were already chipping. I come to the store to bring in the defective item. Get a return or exchange or something since the item is obviously defective. They would not help. They cannot “do anything.” Customer service here is not helpful.

On top of that, my boyfriend noticed that the owner behind the desk seemed to be staring at him the whole time. Overall, it left us feeling a little uncomfortable. Other than that, I found what I needed and left. I don’t know if I’ll be returning :/
