I’ve been going to Katie for yearsss for both cut and color (fantasy colors mostly!) and she always goes above and beyond my expectations. While also keeping in mind the health of my hair. I’ve never left her chair feeling and looking less than my best. Thank you so much for working your magic! 🫶🏻

I’m so in love as always! Katie does such an amazing job and always keeps me fresh. We met professionally 15 years ago and where she goes I follow. She never ceases to amaze me. Katie has been cutting and coloring my hair for the past 8 months. Before I found Katie, I tried several other stylists at other locations that were okay, but not great. Katie does an excellent job with both cutting and coloring. She is always very friendly, punctual, and professional. I highly recommend her!

Stopped in to make an appointment and talked with the front desk receptionist about not being sure what I wanted done as far as color/cut goes. She said I could talk with Chanel about questions/concerns I may have. Chanel came right out with a welcoming beautiful smile and I told her my concerns with my gray/white long hair. She listened very intently about what I had done in the past and then gave me her suggestions. We were in agreement with adding lowlights (med brown), which would blend in well with the darker hair underneath layer. She had time to do right then which was perfect with me! I appreciated her knowledge, confidence, experience with coloring on gray hair. She took the time explaining everything from start to finish! She left the front few pieces alone which are white that frames my face. She also cut about 3" off the length and angled the front sides to taper down. I was extremely pleased with everything Chanel did and the staff was amazing too! I highly recommend Chanel and will be going back for touch-ups and haircuts.

I’m extremely frustrated because I spent an hour taking an Uber to get to the salon. I was worried something might go wrong, so I even called an hour before my appointment to make sure everything was confirmed. They did confirm it, which is why I went. But when I arrived, they didn’t even check the condition of my hair before telling me they didn’t have enough time to do a balayage because my hair was “too dark.” I then asked if they could at least do a single-color dye instead, and they still said no. I’ve been to many salons before, and doing just a single-color dye usually takes around three hours. Before I left, they handed me a small gift as an apology—but I didn’t come there for a gift. So what about the two hours I wasted going back and forth in Uber? They also claimed they tried calling me, but I didn’t receive any missed calls at all. If they didn’t have enough time, then why didn’t they tell me when I called earlier to confirm? That would have saved me time, effort, and money. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional!! —Chloe
