2025-09-14I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the welcome I received during my 11:30 appointment today. After my last visit, I scheduled this appointment and received a text message confirmation. Upon my arrival, the owner looked at me and screamed “you have an appointment?” When I confirmed, stating my name and appointment time, she then barked “sign in!” I found this interaction to be incredibly rude and unwelcoming. A simple “Hello, please sign in” would have been much more appropriate. Her demeanor made me feel as though I was not welcome there. My expectation of a relaxing spa nail experience was completely ruined by this encounter and they have lost a customer because of this.
