I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the welcome I received during my 11:30 appointment today. After my last visit, I scheduled this appointment and received a text message confirmation. Upon my arrival, the owner looked at me and screamed “you have an appointment?” When I confirmed, stating my name and appointment time, she then barked “sign in!” I found this interaction to be incredibly rude and unwelcoming. A simple “Hello, please sign in” would have been much more appropriate. Her demeanor made me feel as though I was not welcome there. My expectation of a relaxing spa nail experience was completely ruined by this encounter and they have lost a customer because of this.

This picture was taken 48 hours after the worst manicure I have ever had. I'm on vacation in Lewes, so it's not as if I've been gardening or cleaning house. The pedicure was also sub-par. My heels were so rough that I pumiced them as soon as I got back from KS. The "massage" consisted of rubbing lotion up and down my shins, over and over again, with no attention to my feet. I would avoid this place like the plague.
