Bad Hair Day? Rehoboth

Runnnnn! In the opposite direction! Iryna installed keratin extensions at the tune of $2000+ . Assured me they would last several months. By day 6 I had lost 17 of 128 extensions - by day 13 I have lost OVER HALF . Went back on day 8 to attempt a resolution - that did not happen. Followed up w 3 other stylist at another salon and ALL 3 said she didn’t bond the extension to enough hair. As a result the extension is too heavy and is BREAKING MY HAIR OFF AS EACH EXTENSION COMES OUT! Disastrous experience! Reached out to the owner but have had ZERO RESPONSE! Steer clear of this salon at all costs … if not you’ll be broke 🚫💵and bald! 🧑‍🦲 Am disputing the charges on my credit card and have an appointment with an attorney on Monday.

Husband and I drove 7 hours and had the amazing experience of a 60 min couples massage with Tim and Nicole. From the moment we stepping into this gorgeous spa the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Both therapist provided massages that were both therapeutic and relaxing. Nicole and Tim were skilled and attentive to our individual needs. Wonderful location, skilled, friendly, and professional staff. Not to mention a huge retail shop with the biggest selection of Aveda products. I highly recommend both therapist. I cannot wait to return for a full spa day!!!!

Wow! Just had my hair fixed by Bill and he did an amazing job. He really knows hair. Plus he’s got a great sense of humor. Will be definitely be going back to him. Also like the Sweetbriar location. Easy to get to and tons of parking.

I had my hair done by Courtney today and she did an amazing job. This place is so welcoming and I felt at home as soon as I entered. I will be back! Best salon in the area!

I hesitate to write average or bad reviews of service providers, respecting the degree of effort required to provide exceptional service at a premium, knowing patrons have ample choices of where and with whom they put their trust in. I’m a service provider, myself, and partner with a range of clients. I have visited the salon several times now and availed myself to numerous services. They charge what they charge and again, we as patrons always have the choice to accept or reject. But I have to say this last visit pushed me to the brink of writing the review because my take is the salon runs akin to a law firm!!! Billable hours seem to be the Mantra and the mandate. For those who have been and have experienced something similar you’ll get my point. I’m not suggesting that the service providers are not skilled at what they do, but the model needs a definite redesign! And those are the highlights.
