I’ve been seeing Carmen at Fabrizio’s for over 10 years, and she is hands-down the BEST stylist I’ve ever had. We started our journey together with micro ring hair extensions and now she keeps my blonde looking flawless with the perfect color and highlights every single time. No one can maintain my blonde quite like Carmen. Beyond her incredible talent, I love her personality. She’s fun, genuine, and I actually look forward to my appointments every six weeks—not just for the amazing hair but for the conversations, too. They say hairstylists are like therapists, and Carmen is definitely mine. She listens, gives the best advice, and always makes me leave feeling lighter and brighter (inside and out!). Love this woman and her talent!

It was my first time going to this salon and usually I'm pretty nervous going to new places by myself but I immediately received a warm welcome when I walked through the door! The staff are super friendly with their customers and each other and the overall environment just felt really lovely. My stylist sat me down for a consultation, asked me some questions about my hair and how we would achieve those results then she made it happen!! I had a wonderful experience and will be returning in a couple weeks!

I am on a grey journey - about to turn 55 and fell into the root cover up trap every 2 weeks (for years). In May I decided I was done and wanted my hair to transition to grey. I was over spending 3 hours biweekly to keep my color up (my greys would start appearing 1 1/2 weeks after touch up). Maddening right? I was hooked up with Marianne (very experienced stylist) and Daphne (apprentice). I have had 3 appointment so far as this is a gradual and timely process - not what you see on TikTok. Loving the results. Last appointment I had 6” taken off and now have a style between a bob and lob. Amazing. My hair looks and feels amazing. The salon offers makeup services so once I am more further along - I will book an appointment to see what makeup will work best with my new look and coloring. I’ve been growing my hair out for months, and anyone who has been through a long-hair journey knows the awkward phases can feel… existential. I walked into Fabrizio hoping for a maintenance cut that wouldn’t sabotage my length goals. Chelsea absolutely nailed it. She didn’t just give me a trim — she shaped my hair with intentionality. She removed bulk from the crown (the part that always balloons on me), strengthened my side silhouette, and added movement and texture without cutting off the length I’ve worked so hard for. My hair now falls naturally, frames my face better, and looks like an actual style — not a grow-out in distress. My hair now has that elusive quality I can only describe as: “expensive.” As in, the kind of hair Patrick Bateman would quietly seethe about across the table. My haircut looks so precise, so sculpted, so curated, that I half-expected someone to pull out a business card embossed with “Fabrizio Salon | Chelsea” just to flex on me. If you’re growing your hair out, or if you want a stylist who listens, observes, and respects your hair’s natural movement, Chelsea is the one. She transformed my mid-stage grow-out into something I’m proud of. The improvement is honestly shocking — I walked out looking like the version of myself I thought I’d only get to in another six months. Highly recommend Fabrizio, and especially Chelsea. If “expensive hair” is your goal, this is where you go.
