2025-10-29My nails are always beautiful and last forever. Rosie is my favorite person here she is such a nice person and she is very kind to my son. Everytime I am there we talk and it's just nice to chat. I have been coming here for years. I live in Utah now but I visit when I come back to Arizona to get my feet done and will continue to do so Ill see you next month! I still haven't found a place like this in Utah unfortunately. I have more pictures on my other phone I'll share later.

2025-06-17Purchased a $50 gift card for my wife for Valentine's Day. Nowhere when I purchased the gift card nor on the gift card does it state it expires. My wife took the gift card with receipt to have a pedicure. After receiving the pedicure, she went to pay the $36 with the gift card and was told they changed gift card companies and would not allow her to pay with the gift card. They bullied her into paying for the service on our credit card. When I spoke to them about this issue, I was told we could use the gift card next time. I told them this is unacceptable. They can either refund the purchase and use the gift card for the previous purchase, or they can refund the gift card. Why would we want to do business with them after the way they treated us? I do not recommend this company based on these reasons, alone. Very disappointed.

2021-09-16We had our appointment set at 10am on Sunday! Perfect time as we got there early and was serviced 1st. The gentleman I got, wish I asked his name, was perfect! Gave me the perfect message and it didn't tickle!! I am very quirmish & gitty & ticklish!!! But he held my feet with smoothness and very gentle. Took his time and rubbed my stress away! I will def be going back. I love my color too! Thanks guys for being so attentive!

2024-10-27I appreciate them. They did a full set and my toes and in 2 days later my gel chipped on my toes. That’s ok though I went back and I appreciate that they fixed it and apologized. To me that’s important because I’m a regular and appreciate when a business makes things right! The nails were flawless!

Cindy usually does my gel acrylic nails and pedicures and I am always happy with what she does. She is always accomodating with the designs that I ask for and her nail art is always beautiful. The staff is very kind and knows me on a first name basis and always makes me feel welcome. I would highly recommend My Nail Spa for all of your mani/pedi needs.
