SYMPHONY NAILS & SPA

This review is a long time coming. I was looking for a new nail salon after the person I was going to left the field. I love designs and fun nails, so I was looking for a nail tech who was able to bring my vision to life. Plus I love a good vibe and good pedicure. I got my nails done by Jenny and omg she is amazing! She has blown me away with what she creates! My nails are always gorgeous when I leave! Additionally, the pedicure is next level. I have gone to many places and have never had a pedicure this amazing before! They are intentional with every step of the process and I leave feeling absolutely refreshed and relaxed! The best part? Everyone there is so kind! I have found my new nail salon and absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Jenny and her team were so kind from the minute we called to reserve and all the way until the final goodbyes. They offered my friends and I water and some Madeline biscuits while we enjoyed the massage chairs and spa pedicures. I will return here for all my pedicures when I visit Chandler/Phoenix.

I had the best experience here! I came in as a last minute walk in this morning because I am getting married tomorrow and I had a nail emergency and they took me right in. The customer service was phenomenal! I felt like royalty and Jenny was fantastic she did exactly what I asked for and was so gentle and kind. I highly recommend this nail salon I will definitely be coming back here :)

Okay this place is the best!! My credentials: I’ve been getting mani pedis for 15+ years now and I neverrrrr leave reviews unless I feel like the world needs to know. And let me tell you this place deserves all the flowers 💐 I’ve been here multiple times and they always do a fabulous job and they aren’t overbooked!! Ive walked in multiples time and am always sat right away and attended to. Jenny and everyone spare no expense to make customers happy. The customer service is awesome. For example she said that they bought a lazy boy chair to do lashes because some customers can’t lay down for very long on their back 🥹 what other nail salon do you hear going above and beyond for their customers like this? They are also adding a head spa service that should be available next month. Jenny did gel builder on my nails and they are perfect! Jimmy did my toes and he did a phenomenal job. Also from the moment you walk in they are offering you water/snacks, asking how your day is going, and making you feel at home. Jimmy used some jelly exfoliation on my toes that I had never seen before haha. It’s just the little things that make this place better than others. Also I’m 5’10 and the nail tech desks and chairs are comfortable to sit in. Which is hugeee. Usually I can’t sit comfortably because my legs are so long. Also the massage chairs are great. And they even have curtains between pedicure chairs for privacy. Also, it’s very clean. This just goes to say that Jenny and everyone there care about their customers and making them happy 🥰🥰 love love love
