Azona Nails Spa Surprise

Vin did an amazinggg job on my nails! Great attention to detail. This was my first visit here but i’ll definitely be back. They have great luxury pedicures as well. Honestly the best salon i’ve been to in a long time.

Unfortunately this spa is a huge disappointment. After having twins 10 months ago, I really haven’t had time to get out but finally I decided to treat myself to a pedi and full set of builder gel. Cindy was really nice and fast with my mani but after she was done I inspected and 2 nails are cooked and one is bumpy after asking the design to be fixed. The gel and color never went all the way to my cuticle so they looked grown out after walking out of the salon. Fast forward to 5 days after they started to lift, one nail popped off and a second popped off yesterday. I got them done on the 20th. I’ll put a pic of what they looked like on the 25th.. and then today. I could’ve said something before leaving the salon but I got twins at home and stuff to do lol. I was just trying to not obsess over them but $80 for the pedi and $80 for the mani… should’ve left with perfect nail without saying anything.

Ivy is the first nail tech in so long that has never hurt me. I’ve been getting my nails done all over the place trying to find the perfect tech because I have sensitive skin and I always leave either bleeding or hurt in some way. She was not only gentle, but I left with the most flawless nails. She’s definitely my new girl!

I have been coming to this salon for a few months now and so far my overall experience is pleasant. I have stuck with the same nail tech Vin since I started he is great at art and detail. There are just a few suggestions for returning customers or any for that matter. The first suggestion is when a customer makes an appointment with you online. It would be nice if you all would reach out to that customer to confirm their scheduled appointment rather than the customer having to call you to confirm. And the other minor suggestion would be when the customer shows up for an appointment that has been scheduled to not have that customer waiting an additional 15 or 20 minutes past the scheduled service time to be seen. I do agree with the rest of the reviews. The staff is friendly. The place is very clean and so far the pricing is affordable and also in a great location.

What an amazing shop. Owners are so nice and friendly. Employees seem to enjoy working for them. Kathy has been my nail tech for about 12 years. Kim aka Helen to us has been my husband's for over a year. So glad they made the move here where they are appreciated. The salon is beautiful and very relaxing. Can't stress enough how great these owners treat everyone. Kathy is amazing and Kim does a great job on my husband's feet. Shop truly appreciates their customers unlike the last shop. The prices here are way better than the last salon who offered a discount for cash customers which I always pay cash but never received my discount. Thank you Azona nails for great service, great prices and and clean and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.
