If you are in Sedona, do not miss the chance to have a session with her. She was able to work out tightness and tension in my shoulders that I had been struggling with for a while. The effects of the massage were long lasting - I was relaxed well beyond that day.

We both got the Japanese facial massages which is a combination of a massage and facial and was the best 2 hours of our trip. The service is personalized and they really care about your experience. I wish I lived closer to be a regular customer, absolutely amazing and the value for your money, you cant beat!

Thea helped me get scheduled with ease and even gave me some recommendations for restaurants in the area. We all felt like every detail had been thought out with intention and we left feeling so relaxed and pampered.

2025-08-27Had an amazing couples massage here today. Thea was so thoughtful and attentive and you can tell that she’s both deeply knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. She takes time to understand where your body needs extra care and attention and not only helps alleviate pain but helps you to understand the cause and suggests adjustments in day to day life to help prevent further issues. She also made a huge effort to accommodate us last minute and called Kim in when she wasn’t scheduled to be able to provide couples service. Kim also gave a very thoughtful and thorough massage, identifying areas that needed additional attention and providing a massage that left me feeling like I was leaving on cloud 9. Can’t recommend A Spa For You Enough, will definitely be booking again next time we’re in town.
