2025-12-19I generally dislike leaving negative reviews. I visit Sedona every year and have been to many spas here, including Zen Foot Spa, Tao Foot Spa, good medicine spa and Infinity Spa, where I’ve consistently had positive experiences. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. The space felt extremely cramped, which made me uncomfortable, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor inside. I was also unsure about the products being used, as the smell was quite overwhelming. I chose a foot-and-body combo service. During the foot massage, I repeatedly asked for lighter pressure, but my requests were not followed. There appeared to be a significant communication barrier, which made it difficult to adjust the service to a comfortable level. At other spas, even with limited language differences, therapists were still able to understand basic requests and provide good service. At the end of the session, I still left a 20% tip out of courtesy. However, the staff seemed dissatisfied and appeared to expect more, which left me feeling uncomfortable. Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations for comfort, communication, or professionalism. I would not recommend this place.
