I had scheduled a Gel X extended nail appointment weeks before my wedding. I scheduled it for the day before my wedding as a Spa treatment for my bachelorette with my bridesmaids and also scheduled a Reflexology appointment after the nail treatment - with a buffer of more than half an hour in between sessions. To make a long story short: the nail tech told me they booked me incorrectly, but she said she had time to complete my request. What should have taken an hour - hour and a half max to complete took her over 4 hours to do. She was slow to start and it ran into my next appointment, but she reassured me it would only take 20 minutes to finish after my Reflexology appointment. All I had was jagged gel builders glued onto my nails (it needed to be filed & painted still). When I got back from my Reflexology appointment, she was working on someone else's nails and hardly made eye contact with me as she muttered that she didnt think she had time to finish my nails until a couple of hours later because her coworker was a no show. She said she was leaving at 3, which effectively meant she had no time to do my nails. I sat there, in shock, with my maid of Honor - looking at my half finished nails. I had a fully scheduled day of activities, but mostly for meeting vendors and out of state family at the venue for my wedding for set up. My friend got on the phone to call other nail salons and see if anyone could help me. A grandmother and her teen granddaughter were getting their nails done while all this happened and the grandma offered to wait while the nail tech finished my nails, as they had no where to be and I clearly did. It was gracious of her, but incredibly shocking to have the nail tech show any care or responsibility for customer service to help me. The "20 minutes" she promised me took several more hours and by then, I was locked in and had no choice but to have her finish because other salons were booked. My wedding rehearsal and meeting with vendors, much less my activities for my bachelorette were completely ruined. The day was left with stressfully trying to catch up, make phone calls and host people that were left waiting. It was a total mess. The receptionist at Namti walked in twice to check in with the nail tech and made no contact with me whatsoever, I was appalled and left as soon as possible because I had no time or bandwidth to deal with that ordeal in the same day. The photos of my nails with the Gel X nails popped off happened 2 days after my wedding, which is also appalling because they should've lasted me weeks. I contacted Namti, they graciously refunded me for the trouble and I so appreciate that, but I cannot recommend their nail services based on my experience. I am grateful that management amended matters with me professionally, but I cannot in good conscience - as a Sedona local - recommend their nail services. Especially for brides! I do hope that they improve this area of their business, as their other services for massage are generally wonderful! Take my experience with a grain of salt, Namti itself is a great space overall and I truly do respect this business.

Sadly, I had a poor experience here. I had such high hopes based on all the great reviews. My pedicure was a disaster and I could tell the nail tech was very inexperienced, although a very very kind man. I’ll post photos of the pedicure. Afterwards, I got a massage. The massage therapist forgot the type of massage I booked and wasn’t prepared, so at the last minute I had to choose a different massage. During the massage, she would do one leg or foot and then forget the other one. It was so bizarre! A few other things happened during the massage but out of kindness and respect for her, I won’t be mentioning them. Overall, a poor experience and sadly I would not recommend this spa.

For those looking for a massage - Look no further! Kim is THE most incredible massage therapist i have ever experienced, hands down. She is thoughtful, engaging, professional but most importantly, gifted with her technique and her etiquette is incredible, very mindful to check in about the amount of pressure she is applying. I had a serious neck injury and TBI that only recently felt more recovered, after a year, but still held a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and she completely alleviated that! I feel clearer, my energy is much more vibrant and I have significantly less pain in those areas. Kim is a magnificent miracle worker! For those of you looking for a massage & the deeper energetic quality of its healing benefits - Kim also meets and exceeds here! I feel transformed on a deep energetic level, Kim is able to really tune in naturally and by the time I left Namti, I may as well have been floating on a cloud. Many spiritual and energetic changes have shifted and aligned since working with her. I see it visibly on a physical level, but feel it so deeply on an emotional and energetic level. She is truly a magical angel and I am so grateful to have connected with her. I considered gatekeeping her (i say jokingly), but her talents must be experienced by all! 10 Star review from me ♡ Thank you so much, Kim! You are wonderful!

My husband and I were visiting Sedona for my 50th birthday. We booked a Couple's Body and Sole massage. Leon and Francesca were our massage therapists. My husband and I both agreed that we received the most thorough massages we've ever had and we left feeling great. If we were locals, we would definitely be regulars! Thanks for everything!

Ivan is amazing. Meticulous time and care to snip tons of split ends and recommend treatments (without being pushy). One of the best haircuts I’ve had in awhile. We shared our love of K-pop and magic :) Great value!!
