2025-10-28Amazing customer service. I called here to get my sister-in-law a gift card for her birthday. I don’t live in Lake Havasu, so I couldn’t come in and pick one up. Since my sister-in-law is a regular, they knew who she was, so Michelle said I could pay now, and then she would let my SIL know her next appt would be covered. Michelle then texted my SIL, told her happy birthday, and let her know her next appt was covered. I was impressed by her care and willingness to help me find a solution. Thank you Michelle!

2025-10-30I went in for a pedicure and she charged me 32 for a nail clipping. I can't reach my feet due to a shoulder surgery and I really just needed the dried callused and cracked skin scrubbed off like normal. Yet she told me no and I have to do that every day myself. As a man its very rare I get this done, typically its because a significant other makes me. Either way I got screwed and walked out the same I walked in, minus the clipped nails. PISSED!

2023-05-27I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! WORST NAILS EVER! they look nothing like the picture i showed them . i came back to get them fixed and the guy at the front refused to see anything wrong with them or even try to fix them. Do not come here save your money !!!

2024-12-12I've just recently returned to LHC. My 1st visit to this salon. I had an appointment, I thought it was with Michelle but was told to go to station #3. It was a male (don't recall his name) My nails are very easy to maintain. I keep them done regularly. No repairs. Acrylic fill with gel finish. I asked him to file down (shorten) by the amount they'd grown out. Easy. Finished product; all my nails have uneven surface ridges, 4 are uneven and crooked on the tips, 3 have rough edges on the side and snag on my clothes, the gel was applied so thinly that you can actually see through most of them and I chose a DARK red glitter, he didn't "seal" the tip edges with gel. I am SO disappointed with this job, I'll never go back. My nails have been well maintained for over 9 months. I've never been so disappointed. I'm now continuing my quest to find a salon worth paying for.
