2025-08-26I've been getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted here since its inception and I love the environment, the customer experience, and the quality services they provide. I just got my first curly hair perm and I was given clear advice and reasonable expectations during the process. They are kind to all clients and treat everyone with dignity and respect. The service providers are all different and display their individualism proudly. I've never been disappointed and always recommend this salon when anyone even slightly makes a comment about needing services done.

2025-06-04Everything that I hoped for in a facial. I got the Myoxy-Caviar Facial with Toni. One of the main things I want in a spa experience is the spa atmosphere. The waiting area was very nice (velvet chairs, zen-vibe, dark furniture) and the room was the same. Felt pretty luxurious. Toni was knowledgable and applied all of the various treatments with expertise. The products smelled and felt great. The extra arm/shoulder and scalp massage was a nice perk as well.

The salon is super super clean and I absolutely love the aesthetic and design. I’m super excited to come back and try the signature facial and the deep tissue massage! :)

2022-06-11Gorgeous new salon in the heart of downtown. The interior is stunning, all the employees are so friendly. I had a manicure with Leila and she was excellent. I love how quiet the salon is compared to a standard nail place, it definitely felt like a spa experience vs a standard manicure. I will definitely be back!

2022-09-07Had the best deep tissue massage of my life with Jalisa. I booked a 50-minute massage and upgraded to 80 minutes mid-massage - it was that good. Jalisa is smart, caring and genuinely interested in fixing your problem areas (for me, that’s my back). Sadly I don’t live in Anchorage, but The Lexington makes me wish I did. No detail was spared in the creation of this place from the decor to the fancy crushed ice to the wax-sealed gift cards. The Lexington is pure luxury. Ellie at the front was super friendly and helped me buy a gift card for a family member who lives in Anchorage. I can’t wait to come back next summer!
