2025-11-09Just had my appointment cancelled 30 minutes before it was supposed to start because my stylist “had a bigger job” and was apparently booked incorrectly. So the client’s time doesn’t matter, but somehow it’s expected that we respect the stylist’s schedule? No backup plan, no solution — just a last-minute cancellation. I’m seeing other people experiencing this as well, so it seems to be a common issue of poor time management and lack of respect for clients’ time. Maybe learn to schedule properly and plan ahead like you expect your clients to.
