NAILS LOUNGE OF MARBLE FALLS

2nd time coming here… fist time was absolutely wonderful! I had Tiffany the first time and she never has disappointed me she’s amazing!! however my second visit i had a young man who didn’t seem like he knew what was happening. He was very polite however he never asked me what pedi i wanted so he automatically did a classic i asked if i could have a hot stone one and he told me he was already done. thankfully im guessing the manager said he would be able to do it. the pedi was a bit rough and the paint was a bit messy with the towels so hot i could barely stand it. my pedi was extremely rushed as my friend had the same pedi as me. i waited 15ish minutes for her to get done. Hope next time is better since they’re so close to my home :(

I’m disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I told the tech i wanted french tip nails with the shape “square”, and what I received was nothing close to it. The nail shapes are uneven, and the overall work looks nothing like i was expecting. I spent time and money expecting quality service, but I left with nails I’m not happy with at all. I sent an email to the email that’s on their page trying to find a solution and there was no response.

I came in with a photo and Hailey made my birthday nails come to life. I am so grateful for her and found my new nail spot and tech in Marble Falls!

This place is AMAZING!!! I went in for a pedicure and ended up getting nails, too. This place is really clean and the staff is super friendly. Nathan did my pedicure, which was great! He took his time and gave a great leg massage. Haley did my nails and she was awesome! She let me show her a picture of what I wanted and asked me lots of questions about how I wanted them to look. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She kept checking throughout the whole process if everything looked good. Usually nail salons just push what they want on you and you may or may not leave satisfied. I love that she cared about what *I* wanted. She was even nice enough to give me prices according to the different designs that I had showed her. I will DEFINITELY be returning to this salon.

The experience was intriguing definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and the specialist was on point she treated me with humbleness and had wonderful service provided.
