2025-05-13I’m a classic nail girlie because of my work as an interpreter and cosplayer and I’ve been coming to CR Nails Design by Westheimer and S. Fry for over three years and Mrs. Tina has always been so kind and helpful servicing me and my children for our monthly spa days. I just recently learned she was able to claim this google business site from its previous owners and is kindly requesting for more recent real reviews and feedback. So here I am! I love my nails. I love the color selections. If time permits I get an extra 30 months back massage. The environment is clean and quiet and they just got some new white massage spa chairs not too long ago. I do believe there were at least one or two staff members that are creative with nail designs, I only did it once with a male staff member but he has moved. Most of the staff are experienced in classic nails and some have limited English but I see Mrs. Tina is always supporting them and their clients. Reading some of the negative reviews, I agree that there looks to be some old fake bot reviews in here. I also agree that there are days where there is not enough staff to take on groups of clients. As well as old photo reviews that were from staff who are no longer there. I shared this feedback with Mrs. Tina. Hopefully more helpful real reviews , recent photos and feedback can help her business. My photos are within the past years oldest being my graduation photo!

2024-03-08If i could i would not even leave a star for them.I went here for the first time I asked for a ombre nail design as uall can see they have the picture on the website after attempting several times the lady could not do the design she asked the owner and the owner was not able to do it as well then the owner tells me different people do it differently because they couldn't get the design this was her excuse and I told her please call the lady who can do this design and no one else could do the design. So I asked for a regular nail polish. After she was done she didn't give a massage and she didn't even clean the nail polish around my fingers. I would never go to this place and I even think all this positive reviews are fake.
