I don’t usually get manicures, I’m more of a pedicure person since nail polish tends to chip easily, and the upkeep can take more time than my schedule allows. But I decided to treat myself today, and I’m so glad I did! I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany, the store manager, and she completely exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and the care she provides truly stand out. You can tell the salon thrives because of her dedication to both her clients and her team. My nails look amazing, and I feel so much more confident for my upcoming events. I have no clue how this place nearly has 5 stars. Tried this spot for the first time for my birthday nails. Scheduled an appointment for 4:30 - the person forgot to schedule me so I drove 40 minutes to the salon for my nail tech to have someone else in their chair and also had me waiting an hour (no exaggeration) before she even seated me. I can tell they were talking smack in their language and I have no clue why because even with the unprofessionalism I was still being nice… Got French tip, the nail polish (shellac) was already chipping the same day after my shower. I have no clue how. There is air bubbles in the acrylic on basically every nail.. the acrylic was also already lifting on almost every single one of my fingers after just two days. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever come back. Not really sure why the French tip part also has all these brown spots after just a couple days of getting a brand new set… Even given the bad service and quality - I still very generously tipped my nail tech because I respect that this is their livelihood but honestly should’ve tipped nothing. Wishing I could even get a full refund at this point. Annie was my nail tech. Absolutely regret it all and should’ve went to my usual spot down the street from my house. Never again.

Her work is of the utmost quality, She is very knowledgeable and professional, and she always makes me feel valued and pampered. She's a great conversationalist, very kind, and takes pride in her work. I will never ever go anywhere else for my nail services. Make sure to ask for Annie on the Nails. and Kim on the Feet. I promise you won’t regret.
