39 weeks pregnant and I wanted to treat myself to a nice mani and pedi before baby’s arrival. I’m very glad I chose to return to this nails salon making it my 2nd and surely not last visit. Ben gave me a nice and relaxing pedicure, he constantly checked in on me and how I was doing and made a great recommendation for a pedi treatment. He also did a fantastic job with the color and shaping for my pedicure. Taylor did my nails for me and did an amazing job with working with Ben to make sure the color/style matched. Taylor also did a great job listening to me before she began the service to make sure she understood what I wanted and made some great suggestions. The salon has a nice and calm atmosphere from the greetings to the goodbyes. I will definitely be returning!

I had an incredible experience at this nail salon! The customer service was on point from start to finish — friendly chairs, clean space, and staff who truly know their craft. Both My nail techs BEN & IVY paid close attention to every detail and made sure my nails came out exactly how I envisioned… honestly, better than I expected. The environment was relaxing, organized, and professional, and I felt taken care of the entire time. If you love high-quality work, great energy, and long-lasting results, this is the place. Updated : I went back to this salon and had my nails done by Tam and I was super happy with the results! This past Sunday I went, Tam wasn’t there, so I tried Sara, and she was amazing too. Both times, I left very satisfied. Give it a try with different technician . Nice salon but .. The two girls who did my nails were unwelcoming and unprofessional. No introduction, no communication, and dry responses when I asked questions. I asked for the same color on my hands and feet(gel ) she didn’t understand, didn’t bother to ask again either , and just put regular polish on my toes. The service was super rushed”26 “minutes exactly for a mani and pedi. My feet were barely scrubbed or filed, my hands cuticles were left full of residue/dead skin (as shown in the picture). Overall, a disappointing first experience. Even though it’s just 5 minutes from home, I’ll stick with Deluxe Salon for better service.

Ben always takes such great care of my nails, and I appreciate him more every time I visit. He really pays attention to what I like and somehow always knows exactly what I’m going for—even when I can’t fully explain it. My nails come out beautiful, clean, and perfectly shaped every single time. His consistency, skill, and kindness make every appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable. I always leave feeling so happy with the results, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails!

I got serviced here 8 days ago for the first time. Was it a stellar job out the gate? No, not really. But I usually like to give nail places 2-3 shots before I really judge. About 2-3 days ago, all 10 of my nails started peeling in the back side by the cuticle, I assume because of the chrome powder I decided I wanted to try. I was not aware that this was a possible outcome for using the chrome not was I informed. I come back to the salon on day 8 to get them fixed and they tell me I’m past the 7 day warranty period (which I wasn’t even informed of on the first service) and they tell me that if I wanted it changed it would have to be a polish change for $25 since I’m out of the 7 day window. These are obviously an error of the manicurist or the chrome powder or both for all 10 nails to be peeling - on the cuticle side no less. Not like they’re peeling towards the tip of my nails due to my own roughness. I’d think you want to take care of your customers when it’s obviously not the fault of the customer. Very disappointed. Over priced and poor quality.
