I'm honestly so disappointed in my nails. 2 of my nails on my right hand are crooked. I told her when she was doing them after she glued them and she asked what I wanted her to do. She tried to file it but it didn't true help because the tip was glued on crooked. She tried to convince me they were straight but they weren't. I understand them wanting to do your nails while your seated for your pedicure. But she sat on my left side and as a plus size girl its very hard to reach my arm across my body. My right hand is very sloppy. Also I don't know if she didn't put top coat on my right hand but my nails already have scratches on them and I just got them done yesterday. There is acrylic under my nails too. Also my thumbs don't have the acrylic all the way down either so when they grow out its going to look more grown out than the rest of the nails. I will say the salon is very clean and everyone is really nice. I paid more than I wanted to for my nails and honestly I don't think I'd come back just based on this experience. I do want to say too, the color and design are exactly what I asked for and showed a pic of.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received on Wednesday 09/24/25 at 1 p.m. I went in for the repair of two nails—one to have an extension applied and the other to be reinforced with gel, as it was broken. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. Only three days have passed since the service, yet my nails already look as though they have two weeks of growth. From the moment I left the salon, I noticed that the material had not been applied starting at the nail bed, but further down. Additionally, the cuticles were neither removed nor pushed back to give a cleaner look, the edges were not properly filed, and I was left with rough borders. This is not the first time I have left disappointed. On a previous visit, I had to return so that the design I originally requested could be corrected. I had hoped the service had improved, but unfortunately, I ended up even more dissatisfied this time. I did not raise these issues at the time because the appointment had already taken two hours, and I was running late to pick up my son from school, as the process took much longer than expected. Considering the elevated price compared to the quality of the work, I truly expected better service. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

Heidi did my nails today and she was amazing!!! She was friendly and did an arcing job on my nails!! The salon is bright and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I love getting my nails done here!!

A Delightful Experience Capri Nail Salon 1/30/25 This is my third time and I wanted to do something for a lunar year! They did an amazing job!! This is my second time coming here! The experience has been the same calling to make my appointment. I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine friendliness from the staff. They immediately made me feel welcome, which set the tone for the rest of my visit. They offered me a passion /peach hot tea that was absolutely delightful—just the right touch of sweetness and warmth, perfect for relaxing during my appointment. My tech took great care to ensure my nails were done to perfection. The attention to detail was unmatched, and they constantly checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the progress. The end result was stunning—exactly what I wanted, if not better. I also couldn’t help but notice how spotless and organized the salon was. Every station was clean, tools were sanitized, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and inviting. It’s clear they prioritize hygiene and comfort, which is a big plus in my book. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends!

EDIT: A manager reached out after my review and offered a complimentary pedicure & partial refund. There is little places that offer customer service that like that so I appreciate they handled everything professionally. I used to love coming here with my daughter but after my last experience i don’t think I’ll be returning.
