2025-10-21I gave them a second chance after an underwhelming experience the first time. I chose to only do a pedicure this time to minimize money loss. Unfortunately I was still disappointed. I spent $50 for the renew pedicure. It was completely rushed, the tech was rough with the cuticle care & missed the side of one of my toes. She didn't pay attention to which foot she had done what on, so one of my feet was only in the water for less than 1 minute while the other was in for almost 5 minutes. The same thing happened with the hot towels. The entire pedicure was done in 30 minutes, this wasn't a basic pedicure. I even inquired when I checked out how long the pedicures generally take and was told this one usually takes 45 minutes to an hour depending on the tech and polish. This pedicure was a gift from my husband for relaxation due to recent stressful events including the loss of a loved one. Unfortunately The Eden Spa failed me.

2025-07-19Omg…. I found the perfect nail salon. Strong massage, great customer service, good prices, and complementary drinks. I went with the basic mani/pedi and had salt scrub, foot massage, and all. I had two full glasses of red wine. I will definitely upgrade my services knowing they really put 100% into all they do. This will be my Frisco spot. I’m so relaxed and very happy with my beautiful nails.

2025-08-15Front desk staff was nice & helped me understand what I’d be paying for. It’s been years since I wore acrylics so I need a refresher. I also received a pedicure. Both ladies were nice & took good care of my cuticles. I shall return!
