Dash Nail Spa

Everyone is fantastic here, high skilled. My daughter and I go every 2-3 weeks and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Whenever my daughter comes up with a crazy design, they are able to execute it perfectly. The prices might be a bit higher than other salons, but online appointment booking, the skill of the nail artists, and the salon itself are worth it. They have a huge selection of services and nail options. I’m so glad we found Dash!

When they first opened, they were absolutely awesome! Over the months, the service has gotten worse and worse. The prices are as high as other salons in the area, so I can’t say much about that. However, within a week of getting my nails done, I always have a chip. Nothing ever lasts. In the summer of 2025, I did contact them because both my daughter and I had issues, and they did offer to redo them. After redoing mine, I had immediate issues and they credited in my account for a no chip mani. I recently use that credit. And after having my nails done for one week, I have two nails that are chipped. This is a no chip manicure that did not even last a week. Additionally, I believe my pedicure lasted maybe 17 minutes. I definitely need to find a new salon. I’ve had a gel manicure’s last three weeks if not more. And I never have a problem with regular polish on my toes.

Inconsistent quality of service. I've been here 4 times, and the last two visits have been disappointing. Last time, they messed up the color and did not inform me they were using a different base color until the gel mani was done. All that the tech said to me was, "I hope you don't feel bad". She also over-filed my natural nails that they were chipping after 2 weeks in the corners. I don't like causing drama, so I left without saying anything negative while paying. Decided to give them another chance, and today, the tech (different one) was rushing through the gel manicure and kept roughly buffing all over my nails (including the cuticle) and now my nails feel sore and puffy. She also did not clean up the nails well (see picture) and messily applied the gel polish such that some of it is on my skin or unevenly applied on some nails. Pedicures have been consistently good here though. It all really depends on who you get as your tech. But I can't risk spending $100-120 each visit without knowing what kind of service I might get.

Clean and spacious salon. Lucy knew the current nail trends and helped me choose a design. It’s so elegant and chic — I love it so much! Her attention to detail gave me best nails I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at the salon and i had a wonderful experience! Leo is so friendly, inviting and he pays close attention to detail. I also appreciate the fact that he was gentle with my nails. I am so happy with how my nails turned out, it is exactly what i pictured! The friend desk staff is also very sweet and helped me through out the process. Will be coming back!
