Moved to Texas 4 years ago and haven’t found a nail salon that I have returned to, I can say willow nail lounge is the BEST and I will be back, again and again. This is my second time here, all the staff is super nice & accommodating. They walk around with snacks/pastries that are complimentary; as well as drinks. It is very clean & beautiful in this salon. Now to the nails, Teddy did my nails both times so far and he will be my nail tech from here on out. I was a little late with my fill (4 weeks, I know. Way too long) and they did not fall off. They looked like it had only been 2-3 weeks since they were done last. Teddy is articulate, patient, and understanding. Great shaping, great lay of acrylic, and the designs?! WOW. 10/10.

I love Willow and Sam is amazing!!! She always does the best job and is a pleasure to talk to. I went in for a classic pedi and she squeezed me in for dip nails too. Both my toes and nails look great and everyone at this salon provides the best customer service.

Let me start by saying that I had been going to this salon for a bit over a year now, was referred by a client of mines because I absolutely love Gel-X. I didn’t really have many issues with this salon prior to this experience which was why I gave them grace but after my last two experiences here I will never return. This salon is unethical, unprofessional and they flat out do not appreciate business from customers LIKE me. I got serviced by a nail tech who does great gel x nail art and nails but this particular time she over drilled at my cuticle. I left the salon after with slight pain but felt like I could manage, a couple days or maybe a few after the appointment I started to bleed from the trauma at the nail bed cuticle so I called the salon to let them know this was happening. Got in touch with the manager or owner sent pics and I did receive a call a couple times but ended up playing phone tag a bit. I’m A busy professional and also at the time 5 MONTHS PREGNANT so once I try to get a hold of you and we miss each other a few times I wait for a more appropriate time to talk which was at my next nail visit. Get to the appointment have my services done, and I speak with the manager I sent pics to. I refreshed her of who I was and she proceeded to tell me that the tech said she didn’t cut me and that I CUT MYSELF. I was absolutely appalled. Because I have spent thousands for sure at this salon and the one time I complain I am basically being called a liar. So I tried to remain calm and I assured her that the nail damage for sure came from the salon and I also notified her that I am a licensed COSMETOLOGIST for over 10 years. I know what cuticle damage is. So she offers me 10% off for my $190 nail set. Which I accepted. But it doesn’t end there, I noticed that they started to over charge me the following couple times that I returned because like I mentioned before I’d been getting my nails done there for about a year and always the same gel-x with designs about 85%of the time. I compared what I was spending prior to the complaint and there was a significant difference. I could tell that they wanted to out charge me so that I’d leave as a customer but I used my credit card and collected my miles peacefully. And there was also an appointment I booked for my daughter for back to school that had suddenly disappeared from their schedule last minute despite the confirmation text that I had received from Willow. That incident left my daughter in complete tears. If your a parent of a teenage girl you know how serious back to school nails and hair are. And they did not accommodate me and my daughter despite it being a mishap on the salon’s behalf. WILLOW YOU’VE GOTTEN YOUR WISH I will no longer support this salon. I truly hate that I and my daughter had this experience here. I will find a more suitable salon or nail tech who’d be willing to service and satisfy my nail needs. Please don’t support this salon ladies, I hate that this side of the beauty industry has turned into this. So unfair

visited this salon for the first time and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The nail tech who worked on me was rude from the start. I came in with a friend and asked for Nexgen, which I’ve been getting for years. I told her the color and shape I wanted, but she immediately insisted that builder gel or Gel-X would be better. I politely declined several times, but she continued to push for nearly 15 minutes until I finally gave in and agreed to try builder gel—of course, at an upcharge. When she applied the tips, a few nails looked uneven, and instead of fixing them, she blamed my natural nails. The finished set looks awful, like the nails are lifting or “flying off” my fingers. I ended up paying $75 and left feeling like I had no voice during the entire appointment. Overall, I felt pressured, dismissed, and completely dissatisfied with both the service and the results.
