This place is great from check in to check out! A New place that you should definitely not miss. These guys are all about you! Jessi was incredible for my pedicure she gets 5 stars alone. They treated us like VIPs from the very start. Rachel and Joanne were absolutely incredible with the services provided to my Wife. This has become the Wife and my new go to.

I had high hopes for Golden Nail in Prosper, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The interior is packed with bold design choices that felt more chaotic than stylish, creating an atmosphere that wasn’t relaxing or inviting. I ended up being there for over two hours, and no one mentioned there would be a wait. A simple heads-up would’ve made a big difference — instead, I sat there with no communication at all. It left a bad impression right from the start. I had a NextGen manicure and a pedicure, which totaled $85. For that price, I expected a higher level of quality and attention to detail. The workmanship felt rushed and uneven — not terrible, but definitely not worth the time or cost. Overall, Golden Nail missed the mark for me. Between the lack of communication, long wait, and underwhelming results, I left disappointed and won’t be in a hurry to return.

I had an amazing experience with Jasmine at Golden Nail Bar. She gave me the perfect almond shape exactly what I wanted and the finish is absolutely beautiful. My nails look clean, glossy, and so well-crafted. Jasmine pays attention to detail and really takes her time to make sure everything turns out flawless. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for gorgeous, professional nails 💅

Golden Nail Bar in Prosper is an absolute gem. From start to finish, my experience was deeply relaxing and impeccably done. The manicure and pedicure were flawless, and the entire atmosphere felt calm, clean, and genuinely welcoming. Jessica was phenomenal. She treated me to a head spa service that was beyond relaxing. The gentle mist, scalp massage, and thoughtful care left my scalp feeling incredibly clean and refreshed, and my hair is now unbelievably soft and silky. It was pure bliss and exactly what I needed to unwind in the evening. The salon is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers a lovely selection of refreshments. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly takes care of their clients from the moment you walk in. Five stars without hesitation. I highly recommend Golden Nail Bar to anyone looking for exceptional service, relaxation, and a little luxury.

I was really hoping to find a great nail salon nearby so I wouldn’t have to keep driving all the way to Plano. Unfortunately, this spot won’t be replacing my go-to salon. Let’s start with the good: • I tried Gel-X for the first time, and I really liked it! It’s super lightweight and looks so much better than acrylic — definitely a nice surprise. Now for the not-so-great: 1. Nail designs are not their strong suit. My tech did her best, but she didn’t have the right tools to achieve the look I wanted. See added photos of what I requested and what I received. 2. They charge extra for just about everything, which adds up quickly. 3. You only get one drink, which feels a little stingy. 4. The Royal Jelly Pedicure was underwhelming. I didn’t get to choose my scent, the neck rub felt rushed, and the callus treatment was pretty ineffective. Overall, I’m not angry — just disappointed. I wanted this place to be the one, but it fell short in too many areas.
