2025-11-23Been here a few times but usually for pedicures, however, today I took a gamble on getting a manicure done. Services were always good but this time around it was not. The person doing my nails managed to remove previous acrylic nails and apply a new set all in the same time it too for someone else to get their acrylics done with bare nails. I feel like it could have been cleanlier, especially after I was cut 3 times and it was overlooked. Overall, my nail tech was in a rush to get me out. Was not very clean throughout the process, cut my fingers, didn’t offer me a drink, and didn’t have the kindness to acknowledge they had drawn blood.

2025-09-12Had an off experience today at a usually great place :( Maybe it was me, but I asked for a plain polish manicure- assuming I’d get the usual warm water soak, clipped cuticles, and filing. Instead I recieved a quick sand and polish. Genuinely a 5 minute service. She told me to let it dry and started on another customer forgot about meeee so I just paid and left soon after. I got something I couldve done at home but thats on me for not speaking up… I feel dine and dashed 🤣 I’m a mechanic so I only treat myself once in a while 20$ (what I usually get) vs 15$
