I don’t even live near flower mound but I’ll always make the trip to come here because I will never get the same quality nails anywhere else. Highly recommend. Thank you Elly for my new set! Hana and Henry did a phenomenal job as always! I wanted to get some spooky nails for Halloween and they definitely understood the assignment. Their talent and kindness amazes me every time I visit. Everyone who works at the salon is so sweet and accommodating from the front desk employees, to the nail artists, to the management. My daughter went in with a design that turned out to be AI and the nail technician Kylie talk us through what she could do and how much it would cost. She did a beautiful job on the design and making it resemble the original AI design. She was very wonderful to work with and made sure my daughter was happy with her birthday nails. We love coming to Milano Nail Spa!!

Very professional. Great atmosphere. Men and women alike get great service here. I have extremely thin nails that crack and chip and break easily. I got the Buddha gel and am pleased. They went above and beyond.
