Love this Place! I have not had a single bad experience here, everyone I have had was excellent! I have landed on Kelly for my nails though… super talented and quick. For my pedi I really like Nick…. He gives a really wonderful leg massage. But honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of them and they are so friendly and professional.

I came into the salon at 7pm on a Monday and they close at 7:30pm. I told them if it was too late I would leave but they still did my nails. Mya did AMAZING!! 🤩 I kept apologizing and she always reassured me that she was happy that I’m here and everything was okay. She did my nails as fast as she could and they look absolutely flawless. Her husband was upset that I made them stay late but she was so nice that I didn’t mind. I will go back to only get services from her 🥰Thank you Mya 🩷 Also I wouldn’t normally come that late but I had such a busy long day. I have a bad habit of picking my cuticles when stress and I was desperate for a manicure 🥹😭

I have been a loyal client here for about six years. Within the last two months this place has gone drastically downhill. My nail tech quit this salon, so this was going to be my last time coming here for a quick service. I was sat and they brought out a bowl of acetone (they usually wrap your nails so it’s less damaging, i’m not sure when this changed). I told the man that set it down I have eczema on my hands and I would much rather just have them wrapped so the acetone doesn’t get everywhere— he smiled at me, said no and walked off! (I have my cosmetology license and acetone is so horrible to get on your hands. I do not understand how they think it’s quicker or easier for nail removal.) I just assumed it was a new policy or something and held my tongue. A nail tech sat down after about five minutes and she was VERY inexperienced. I have been getting dip every three weeks for five and a half years, and it took her three times longer to get the dip off my nails then it should have. But that’s not even my main issue, my main problem was that she not only kept pushing my hand into the acetone very hard and rudely, but she also forgot to turn her drill off at one point and fully cut me with the rough drill bit— and she didn’t even notice!!! Then, FINALLY after most of the dip was off my nails she asked if i wanted them cut- I said yes and she fully cut all my nails sideways and left the edges super jagged. Im not super picky, and I don’t think they look THAT bad, but the whole interaction was unprofessional and unnecessary. I’m sad that this place has gone so down hill because for years it was the best. Since the management changed this place has been awful. Go somewhere else!

10/10 recommend. We hosted our companies Christmas party here, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of 20+ people in our party and were very accommodating with each and every single one of us. Harry was amazing to work with from the very beginning in helping coordinate everything with me. If you are looking for an amazing staff to help accommodate a big party, GrandLux Flower Mound is the place to go. They have a new customer for life in me! 😊

I got a pedicure and they did an amazing job! Chloe was awesome, super detailed and made my experience so relaxing. I truly got more than I expected and left feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend!
