2025-09-03Overall, this is a beautiful place and Chelsea, the hostess, was very welcoming and made sure I felt taken care of. Armani was also such a hidden gem—so kind and professional! Unfortunately, my experience with the nail tech I was assigned was very disappointing. She was rough and cut several of my cuticles, which now sting every time I wash my hands. For the price, I expected a much higher level of care and service. I also noticed a service charge on my receipt that I wasn’t made aware of, which was frustrating on top of the experience I had. I did like how my nails turned out, but the process itself felt uncomfortable and left me feeling let down. I truly wanted to love this place, but my experience just didn’t match the high hopes I had going in

2025-06-14My three daughters and I had pre-wedding manicures and pedicures. They called two additional technicians to make a late appointment happen. The ladies who did our nails were so much fun. They really went above and beyond to get the color my daughter, the bride, wanted perfect. I am sure everyone there is wonderful, but we specifically worked with Amy, Taylor, Oli, and Tangy.
