Nails & Lashes Spa La Tour

I've been getting acrylic nails from here for months and they have never disappointed with the designs! They also stay on very long. The staff's also wonderful to be around, especially Delphine and Lily :)

My review is late, but I wanted to compliment how well Delphine did! She, and the other staff, are so friendly. Delphine gave me exactly what I wanted , I love my nails! I asked for cat eye nails with a heart and she executed the design perfectly. She also shaped my nails perfectly, I usually struggle to find a nail tech that can shape them how I want ! I love the effect they have when I move my nails (the heart gets bigger or smaller depending on angle), which made it hard tog eat a good photo but I love them. :) The colors used are in a photo I’ve added. :) Their prices are also reasonable.

I had been here about 4 or 5 times for dip manicures and happened to get Delphine each time, and she did an amazing job! Yesterday I came for a dip manicure and got a new tech. It was the worst salon experience I have had in the 2+ years I’ve been getting my nails done. His own nails had dirt under them. He cut my cuticles with his drill 4 times, and each time drew blood. My fingers were burning the entire time after from the cuts. After acknowledging the cuts by wiping away the blood, he was not gentle at all. At the end, he said something about his drill being new and that’s why it was so sharp and cut me so much, but I have never had that happen before. Additionally, I only got a plain color dip manicure and it took close to 2 hours. He also charged me a fee for “shaping” even though my nails were already almond shaped when I came in. I had only asked him to cut them down a bit. The previous times with Delphine, I did not get cuticle care and I still left with my nails looking great. This time I did get cuticle care and my cuticles look horrible. The close up picture is from today and the picture in the car is Delphine’s work. From a distance, the nails look okay, but a day later, my cuticles are inflamed and super sore and burn when they touch anything. If you come here, request Delphine! Update: After seeing this review, they quickly reached out to apologize and gave me a full refund.

I have been shopping for a new manicurist & pedicurist for about 10 years. Due to lack of longevity, consistency, and professionalism, I stopped my search; Shortly after I began doing my own mani & pedi. And here we are 10+yrs later. So, on a whim I asked my dry cleaner specialist about a nail shop closest to the cleaners she gave me her honest opinion and afterwards recommended Nail & Lashes; that was 3 weeks ago and I’ve been pleasantly pleased every since . I have already returned for my second appointment and already scheduled my third. Needless to say, I am satisfied. I think I found a new manicurist & pedicurist. I am a happy. It’s a very clean location, orderly, great customer service, time conscious , precise service, great music, drinks, a lovely atmosphere, and the cost is reasonable.
