D I Nail Lounge Daniel Island

I was referred to this location by my employer. I went to get my nails done Wednesday Night and Thursday morning my nail popped off. I called that moment speaking to the owner and expressing I may not be able to come in Thursday but Friday during lunch works. He stated come in that fine. Today I go in during lunch and they turn me away asking can I come in another time I’m going to have to wait. Meanwhile the employee that did my nails is speaking aggressively in another language about me showing up. This made me very uneasy as I spent a great deal for the service so it should be up to par. Things happen understood but if you work in customer kindness is always warranted.I read a reply below from owner stating that “ they want their customers to leave happy”! Didn’t get that feeling. Won’t be back!

Best nail experience I’ve had yet and there are a lot of nail salons here in Charleston. Heidi was awesome! She took time to explain things she was doing and really took her time. They turned out looking so natural which was exactly what I wanted.

I leave feeling like I've got the prettiest hands in town! 🤍 Ryan is a masterful recreator of my nail design wishes. He makes me feel confident and at ease as he gives careful attention to the care of my nails, not just how they look.

First time in and also my first time having full trust in a nail tech. Ivy had me in and out of there and she knew what she was doing. My nails look amazing! I will definitely be coming here all the time. Ivy is your girl if you like designs!!

I love DI Nail Salon! I have been seeing Nancy the owner and she is amazing! The entire staff there is so great. The salon is beautifully decorated and just a wonderful place to go and relax and get pampered. Thank you Nancy! I won’t go anywhere else!! Best nail salon ever!! DI Nail Lounge is the BEST nail salon in Charleston. Stop by and visit Nancy and her amazing staff. Nancy got in a new line of dip colors and they are beautiful.
