Nails So Đẹp

I will NEVER go here again. Worst experience ever with Mylan. I went in for a FILL IN full set and showed her a picture. I paid $120 & tipped $20 which I was fine with, by the time I got home my nails were peeling and bubbling and one nail split in half. Mylan texted me asking me for pictures and I responded the next day with pictures showing the bubbling and bad shaping of the nails and asked her for a cut down and polish change. She agreed to a French tip instead which I suggested because the previous design was complicated and I didn’t want her to do over. I came back in a few days later for her to fix the mistake she made & she told me I would have to pay for a color change when I sat down which i was fine with thinking $10-$15 max. I get done and get to the register and she’s trying to charge me $38 for a polish change, cut down, & repair for a mistake she made that I had to come back for. Tried to make it seem like she was giving me some type of discount and that she’s doing me a favor because I won’t have to come back for another 3 weeks. I wouldn’t have had to come back for another 3 weeks if the polish wasn’t messed up in the first place. She went back and forth with me and finally brought the price down from $38 to $33 acting like she was doing me a favor. I will never return. I in total paid over $170 for a Fill IN set of nails I’m still not satisfied. This was a scam.

I came here to get my gel polish removed and redone French white tip and the service was spectacular. Inside is very aesthetically appealing modern, bright and light. I then went down the street to Blum Coffee and wine bar to celebrate with the girls my amazing nails . I would definitely recommend this mail place to anyone looking for great service

Builder gel manicure. Similar cost to other local places including my regular nail salon in Mount Pleasant. Staff is nice and welcoming. The salon is clean. Highly Recommend.

I’ve been a client of Dep Salonfor several years. Management is very attentive to details, salon is exceptionally clean including all the stations. Lyn is my nail technician who is not only talented but very professional. She checks with you during the process to insure you’re pleased with the length and shape of your nails and adjusts accordingly - you know she cares about you and providing great service. Always pleasant, I look forward to our conversations. On occasion I’ve treated family to services here as well. This salon was recommended by one of their regular clients who is a close friend. So I am posting today to recommend this salon.

The prices are definitely cheaper here however, I showed them the first picture as inspiration saying I wanted exactly everything from the picture (same color, shape, and length) and the second picture is what they gave me. While also making me bleed on several of my nails. There was also left over top coat polish left on my skin I had to scrap off. I also got gel on my toes… they had to redo them 4 times and blamed me for being the reason they kept messing up because of the position my foot was in. With that being said my toes were left messy and shaped horrible as well. Safe to say me personally I am not going back :(
