The therapist Destiny has an incredible gift for finding exactly where tension is hiding and working it out with the perfect balance of pressure and care. Emerald was wonderful! I came in with an inspo pic that involved 4-5 different colors….she patiently took the time to find each color to make the vision come to life! She did a fantastic job on my nails, and expertly gave me a great experience. Would recommend her to anyone!

Maria did an excellent job on my massage! She asked me what areas I was having trouble with and worked all the knots out. Fabulous job! I will definitely be back for more.

I wanted to give this place a 5 star rating, because my first visit there was fantastic. I had a facial and went with a friend. We were shown the best products to use after the facial and the lady at the desk even said try this and gave us samples. We left there feeling very good about it. 2nd visit there felt a bit rushed. I fell in love with the Epicone Lytic after my first appointment and I needed more, but I was not sure if I needed the Lytic or the Lytic +. The lady at the desk said they start everyone off with the Lytic when it turns out she could have checked my account and found out that I actually use the Lytic+. I felt like I was being pushed out the door. And then my third appointment was scheduled at least 3 weeks prior. They had a tech quit 2 weeks prior to my appointment, but I never received a phone call or an email until less than 12 hours until my appointment time. The lady that emailed me offered me a complimentary pedicure which I thought was really nice of her, but I was already going to get pedicures after facials with my friend. We both had off work for the afternoon for this. I asked if there was any manicure appointments while my friend was getting there facial because I wanted a manicure and my friend did not. I did get a manicure (let me just give a shout out to Michelle & Donna who are so friendly and funny!) I thought it was going to be complimentary but it wasn't. I paid for the deposit for my friend's facial and the deposit was not taken off her bill when she checked out, so we went back to ask about it an hour or two later only to find out that I was refunded for both deposits with NO communication at all. I find it concerning that they just refunded my card on file with no communication at all. I am not sure I want to go back for any other service, what will I get next time?
