2025-06-21I walked in asked to get gel on top of my natural nail but I wanted a little longer they said that wasn’t possible I would have to get a tip but it would be with powder, Honestly I wasn’t happy with my nails. I was cut twice he left glue on my index finger and my thumb the nails look bulky. Paid $50

2025-10-20We just got back from a week-long Disney vacation with our four kids, and my gel was definitely showing it despite only being a week old — a couple of gels had chipped completely off. I usually go to Lush in Broken Arrow, but since I had all the kids with me today and didn’t have it in me to make that drive, I stopped at Serenity Nails on my way home to Inola just to have the polish taken off. I told the guy that if they had a good cat-eye (which they did I was looking at it when he handed me basic colors), I might go ahead and have them repainted. But from the start, he seemed annoyed that I wasn’t getting a full fill. When I asked about colors, he just handed me the basic gels — not the specialty ones I’d mentioned — like he couldn’t be bothered. While he worked, he nicked my fingers three different times. He did ask once if it hurt, but that was about it — no apology, no care. He dabbed something on the cuts and then used the crustiest-looking cuticle oil I’ve ever seen. By the end, I was just ready to pay and go. When I asked if there was a way I could leave a tip, he said, “Well, too late now.” I had every intention of tipping, even after being nicked three times, but after that, I decided I’ll never go back. Not for a polish change, not for a fill, not for anything.
