2025-11-30I came in for cat eye nails but had to leave with a regular solid color. The nail tech gave me multiple choices but did not actually have any of the colors. They would go look for the color I selected and each time came back saying they couldn’t find any of the colors I selected, they did this 5 times. After the multiple attempts and substantial time I was there, I decided to just get a solid color because I knew they had it. The service lasted nearly 2 hours for only a manicure and most of that time was spent looking for the polishes. I ended up getting a regular set which is pretty but not want I wanted. They also switched nail techs halfway through my service so when it came time to pay I had to pay an additional $15 for the other nail techs work. The original price was the same for the service I received as it would have been if had been able to get what I actually wanted. However with the additional $15 for the other nail tech, I paid more for a service I did not want than I would have for what I actually wanted.

2025-09-29I wouldn't go back here if you paid me.. My nails were rushed! Air bubbles in my nail and charged me $70 for my basic set. They didn't clean my nails well. I had nail dust all over and they just brushed it. Messy looking nails. Also cut my skin as well. No sanitary tools! First and last time here.
