2022-12-07I went in and asked for a simple shellac polish change. The gentleman took off my polish and I told him that I wanted to keep my nails exactly how they were. My shellac was just coming off. Before I realized it he filed my long nails all the way down. I wanted to cry. And this was the outcome. I'm so embarrassed to be walking around with a French manicure. I won't be going back.

Update: May 2022 Went in for a fill 3 days(M,T&W) in a row and got turned away each time. Extremely disappointed about that. Update: March 2024 Full set looks good!! Been a while yet it was worth it!
