Worst experience ever. The lady was so worried about getting done by 6pm, when we got there at 4:30. She did a sloppy job, was rude, and didn’t listen to my request for base color or shape. I paid $60 for nails that looked nothing like I asked for. Will definitely never be going back. I wouldn’t even trust them to FIX their mistakes at this point.

Very poor experience for my wife and mother-in-law,will not recommend it to anybody. The man doing my wife's feet,he was done in five minutes and nail polish already chipping,and the lady doing my mother-in-laws feet got up and took off to do someones eye brows that just walked in no appointment set. Very rude service and poor attention for customers!!!

Told her multiple times that she cut me and I’m bleeding... she continued like she didn’t care. I asked if they have alcohol wipes or something she grabbed a paper towel, dabbed it, then went on to wipe the rest of my fingers with the same paper towel. And on top of that didn’t even apologize for cutting me. Definitely don’t recommend going here if you want friendly and sanitary service!

Very unhappy with my nails. I had shown the lady a reference photo and got nothing close to the photo. She tried to argue with me about the colors of the nails. The acrylic is way too thick and I asked for a thin blue paint finish but it came out really thick. My ring finger nails on my left hand is also not straight and points up instead of out like the others.
