2025-08-09I’ve been here before & haven’t had a negative experience until today. My daughter got her toes done here & they did a great job. However, I got acrylics done & they were awful. The nail tech was so distracted the whole time and even once stopped to go wax someone’s eyebrows in the middle of my set. She filed my natural nails down so much they are literally nubs and she filed all the way down to the skin & also cut me with the drill multiple times and just kept going even though I kept telling her it hurt. As this is unacceptable, I asked for a refund and they gave me one (although they tried to short me $10 to which I said something) I will not be going back here at all, no matter if they offer military discount on Tuesday’s or not. It’s not worth the pain I was caused today. They didn’t even offer to take them off, just refunded me and sent me on my way as though I was asking for the moon. I had to go to another more reputable salon in town just to get them taken off. To which this salon was amazing and was so shocked by the awful nails I received.

2025-07-25Very clean, quick service even though they were very busy. I loved the new check in process! I came in from work and one of the ladies gave me a nice towel to cover my legs as my dress above my knees. It was thoughtful. The prices were very reasonable! I would recommend the Jelly Pedicure and a Margarita!

2025-07-22Best place of all time to get your nails done in Altus Okla. They always do a really great job! I love how clean it is and the girl that usually does my pedicures has some GOOD, STRONG HANDS! They always do a great job on my fills as well! If you haven't been, ya need to go check them out!

2025-07-11Currently getting a basic pedicure at Luxury Nails, & omg! The attention to details on cleaning out the toes and trimming them is ridiculously impressive. This wonderful lady went toe by toe with a gentle hand, very very thorough. So impressed!!!!! I used to love pedicures but sadly I have come not to expect impressiveness anymore, this pedicure is 100/100. I felt bad bc the lady’s allergies were so bad, & she still did her absolute best. Her name is B! 💙 B, thank you so much & I hope you feel better soon!
