2025-11-27Poor communication, unresponsive to messages. I previously put 5 stars. Changing to 2 due to the listed reasons. I also wanna mention that my appointment was at 9:15am. The stylist was late by an hour. I was understanding of this as she was the only stylist there that day. And I still left a 20% tip. I don’t feel my kindness was reciprocated. As for 2 weeks she had not replied to my messages. You say message during salon hours. Your hours are not the same as my schedule. I dont expect immediate replies. All you had to do was reply when you are available but instead you choose to ignore me. Upon meeting I thought you were very nice. I was mistaken apparently.

2023-07-21Jen was awesome. Loved getting my manicure & pedicure. So relaxing. Price was great. Conversation was great. It was a bit warm down there for my liking but I guess it's supposed to be in a spa setting....I'm just used to being in AC 24/7 LOL. I will definitely be back. So glad my husband urged me to go get pampered. 5 🌟 !

2025-08-16I got a spray tan and eye brows waxed by Jennifer. She was amazing. The tan and brows came out perfect. I highly recommend. I will be returning.

2025-05-14BSB is by far one of the BEST salons I have EVER step foot in. Literally the moment u walk in, u feel so welcome. From the second u sit in DJs 😘 chair, or have Jennifer twirling her hands thru ur long locks of hair 🤩, or even just listening to Marilyn with her sweet clients. Every step u feel like a true BOMBSHELL BEAUTY. Thank U ladies ...
