Coral Tree Salon And Day Spa

On 8/13/21 Brandi and Sarah came to our hotel for Wedding hair and make-up. They were so sweet and fun! My bridesmaids and I just get like we had known them forever and we all were just talking and laughing! Sarah did an amazing job on my make-up and she had never even met me before! They worked with me to keep my natural look with a little more glamour for my day. And even in the warm sun on the beach my makeup held up! And Brandi got my hair finished in record time and kept it natural which worked great on the beach! Brandi also did my bridesmaids hair and they look gorgeous! They made getting ready fun and special! I can’t thank them enough.

This is the most loyal I have ever been to a salon/stylist. I have been going to the Coral Tree Salon for all of my hair needs for the last two years. Brandi is magnificent, a true artist of her craft. Extremely personable, professional, all around lovely. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and cared for. I leave feeling gorgeous and ready to take on the world every time. I cannot say enough good things or be more grateful to Brandi and her establishment. Thank you thank you Coral Tree team!

Coral Tree salon is awesome. When I walked in to make an appt I was greeted immediately in a warm and friendly manner. The salon is nicely appointed and super clean. I had appts with Sarah for a facial and Cody for a massage. I was impressed with both the services and the providers. Great people, knowledgeable and accommodating. The facial with Sarah was amazing with a number of different techniques I had not experienced before. My skin was soft smooth and refreshed. Excellent results and experience. I had the ultimate massage with Cody and it was also a great experience. An excellent massage and the extras added to the experience. The massage itself was by far the best I have had. This salon is professional and they truly care about you as a client. I highly recommend and cant wait to go back!!

We got a couple's massage here on our honeymoon! The massage therapist's were great. Sarah and Chris. Both were very helpful and gave tips to help my shoulder pain! Very relaxing and comfortable!

First, it pains me to write this as the staff were so pleasant... and let’s be honest, no one wants to see my toes - however, this was quite possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had in nearly twenty years of getting pedicures (yes, I’m THAT old). I’m not going to name names - but the quality was simply awful. The dead skin was barely touched, the scrub was just put on my legs and washed off, the nail polish application was awful, and my nails were cut without even asking. I now have short, stubby shrapnel toenails. I smudged my big toe in an attempt to file down the sharp shrapnel that was my nail. These situations always make me uneasy having spent so much of my youth in the service industry, BUT I did say something to management. The owner vowed to fix it. What happened next was the owner filing down my smudged toe nail, removing polish, and then reapplying five coats (I’m not exaggerating) of nail polish prior to the top coat. It was so bad that I eventually said “you know what - it’s ok... no really... I’ll just take it off when I get home and redo it”. No one there that day was professionally trained to do pedicures. The worst part = I was visiting the area with girlfriends to celebrate a wedding... while everyone else got massages and facials, I opted for the cheaper option because I’m broke as a joke. Everyone else received a massage and facial in less time than it took them to complete this debacle. The kicker? They made me pay for the pedicure. Sigh. Don’t go here for pedicures. EDITED to add comment to the Owner: While I appreciated the earrings, I would have preferred to not pay for the service (lack thereof) instead. The picture speaks for itself. There is nail polish all over the place. The "touch up" that you did included a clumb of hair - I can upload that photo too if you'd like. I do not underestimate the salons ability to perform the other services, however, the pedicure is laughable, and until you hire someone who is trained properly, you shouldn't even offer the service. The first red flag was when a dremel was used to take off nail polish that could have been removed with just polish-remover and elbow grease. Regardless if the technician is 1099 or W2, it is the salon's name and image that is tainted now, not hers. You held the power to make it right, and instead, it was a shoddy job to try and remedy. I literally gave up because it was that bad. What you SHOULD have done was not charged me for the service, and gave me the earrings for the time served. Let's be real... your salon completed three facials and three 50-minute massages in the same time as it took for this pedicure to happen. It is not professional, and you shouldn't be sticking up for it. You SHOULD be returning my funds. Period. Lastly, I'll add that I am not - ever - coming back to this salon as I told you that I do not live in the area. When I do come back, and if I decide to get a pedicure, I will go elsewhere.
