Devinn Nail Bar Chesapeake

I’ve been seeing Caitlyn at Devinn for a little over nine months now, and I can confidently say I’ve found my forever nail home. After rotating through two other locations in Chesapeake since I moved here, discovering Caitlyn was the best thing that could’ve happened. She’s truly wonderful - skilled in every area from manicures and pedicures to creative designs. Caitlyn always takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and makes each appointment feel relaxing. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients. She did my nails for my wedding and honeymoon, along with so many other seasonal looks, and every single set has been perfect. If you’re looking for someone talented, consistent, and an absolute joy to visit—Caitlyn is it! Highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience getting a pedicure here! The salon is clean, calm, and beautifully decorated — the perfect place to relax and treat yourself. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Be sure to check out their Chesapeake or Norfolk spots!!

Vanessa was amazing. She did my bridal nails! And was so detailed to get them close to the picture as possible! I got the pedicure spa as well with the paraffin wax and the massage and it was so good, that it darn near put me to sleep haha

Edit: I am bumping my review up for the fact Kevin went out of his way to really make things right. I was offered a new manicure and took him up on that offer as well as scheduled a pedicure. After a week since my re-do, I am still having some peeling. It is not as severe as the first set, however I was seated with the same nail tech as before so she may just need a little more training. Otherwise, my pedicure was good and I would like to come back and try a different tech to see if there are any differences with quality for my manicure. _____________________________________________________ I’m giving them at least 2 stars because they invited me in a little earlier than opening to get me started on my appointment and everyone was being very kind. I’m simply disappointed in the quality of service. I came in for a a simple manicure but decided to upgrade to a gel which I am deeply regretting. Just about a week later from my appointment, all my polish was lifting and peeled off my nails. I’ve had good quality gel last at least 3+ weeks. I feel like I wasted my money and I’m even contemplating canceling my pedicure I have scheduled. And for context I haven’t been doing anything rough with my hands. I work in an office environment and done nothing strenuous to my nails. I was really looking forward to coming here as I saw so many great reviews. I’m thinking I may have just not had a skilled stylist but this was my first visit and really not sure I want to return.

Caitlyn is AMAZING! I’ve been going to her for about a year now. My nails are always perfect. And whenever I make an appointment with her, she’s always on time! HIGHLY recommend Caitlyn.
