Zenith Nail Studio

My sister has been raving about Zenith for a while now and I have now gone twice in the past 2 days. I got my first ever pedicure which was super relaxing! I really didn’t know how much I’ve been missing out on, but I got the deluxe and it was very much worth it. I then came back to get a full set and I was not disappointed!!! I decided to go with something a bit more out there and get claw-like stilettos. I haven’t seen anyone do them before, but I’ve seen images online and wanted to try them. I had a lot of anxiety going in because I had never gotten my nails done here before, but they couldn’t have turned out more perfect! :D I’m absolutely in love with them and might actually try to keep them long enough to go back and get a fill 👀 I highly recommend Zenith. The people there are always lovely and will joke around with you. They always make sure to do the job right and the attention to detail is much appreciated. It’s a very homey and welcoming atmosphere and I will most definitely be coming here from now on!

I want to start off by saying that Emmy made this experience totally worth it. My nails looked really good and were so close to the pic i brought in. She nailed the shape and ultimately I left happy. I gave my review 4 stars only because of what happened before Emmy took over my service. I walked in at 10:50, with no appointment. I expected to wait, but was sat immediately. A woman named Katie started to work on me- asked me if i picked a color, and I showed a photo of what i wanted, also explaining that my shape wasn’t right and I would like my nails re-shaped to coffin. She seemed to understand what I wanted and started to remove my nail polish. Once the polish was removed, she got up and without a word, left the table to go to the back area. I waited, about 5 minutes, totally confused, and my fiance said that it looked like Katie was at a pedicure station with a new client. Jasmine then came over to tell me that Katie had an appointment and I’d have to wait for either Emmy or the other male technician at the pedicure area to be finished to come over to work on me. I inquired as to how long that might be and was told 10 minutes. It was not 10 minutes. It was 30. Now whatever, no big deal right? I’m a walk in. I could have left. I was annoyed and felt like my business truly didn’t matter. I maybe should have walked out at that point. But Emmy wrapped up with her client and sat me immediately at her station. She redeemed the entire experience. She was sweet and did what I asked, paying close attention to the photo i brought in. If i return, it will solely be because of Emmy. This was my first visit to this nail salon and my introduction wasn’t all I had hoped for but my nails look really good and that might be enough for a repeat visit. For further reference of time, i left at 12:36.

I usually go to another nail salon but unfortunately, my nail tech was not in today. Was recommended by someone to go to Zenith. Made an appointment with Melinda for a dip color change. The first nail she started drilling on, she went all the way down to my nail, then the third nail, she cut into my cuticle with the drill. She apologized then blotted my cuticle with the towel that was catching all the polish that she had drilled off. At that point , I got up and left. My experience was horrible.

I absolutely love coming here. I was recommended by a friend, and I will never go anywhere else. Jasmine always does a fantastic job and exceeds my expectations. They are very reasonably priced and the environment overall is wonderful.

I just moved to Murfreesboro and was looking for a new nail technician, I had a co worker to refer me to Zenith Nails. I love to get different types of designs and I am very picky. Emmy was very nice and pleasant. She did a fantastic job on my nails. She nailed it!
