Radiant Nail Bar Salon

If someone besides the man could reach out i messaged your instagram. There was not an email listed and quite frankly if i call i do not want to have the man who just did my nails answer. He was the one who kept answering the phone. I just had a kind of rough experience and once i left i cried. This was my first experience, going to this nail bar. The man that did my nails just made me feel like i couldnt speak up for myself. When i mentioned things he seemed agitated and defensive so i just sat there. I was too stressed to do much more and it was already too late. I should've known with the way he cut my nails in the first place, which I took a picture of because he walked away right after. Which were sharp and jagged. I felt stuck with what he was doing and tense. Quite a few are crooked and i have pictures, unfilled spots near cuticles like on the thumb, same on some other sides,i did get cut and it hurt when he was doing cuticles (he didn't say anything just kept going), no gloves after the cuts, it looks like a well used file, he literally barely dusted his other electric file before he used it on me, and they just not what i asked for and a bad experience. The more i mentioned things or showed the photo, the more irritated he became. I also have jagged edges still as he did not file well. Like showed my dad when i came home by scratching his skin. All the ends of my nails were just sharp, not smooth at all. I wont be coming back and i will have to get these fixed elsewhere. I would also like to dispute the charge. If someone could reach out, that would be great, but I don't want to speak to him. I also added a picture of less than 12 hours later of what my cuticles look like absolutely raw and butchered. My fingers actually hurt where the cuticles are. Im super upset honestly.

Been coming here since we moved to the area. Always been satisfied! I've taken a couple of different photos of nail designs and Haley has made them identical every time! She is amazing at what she does! They all go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied! Very clean and always professional! Highly recommended!

Me and my wife visited for the first time. I had a pedicure and wife had manicure and pedicure. Establishment was very clean with a friendly staff making the experience enjoyable and relaxing. The massage chairs were of higher quality than others I have experienced. The prices are about average but quality of experience higher than average making this place a safe bet for your nail salon needs. From a male perspective that frequents places like these for mainly the amusement of the wife, this place ranks in the top 5 of all salons I have been to. I'm sharing a few images to help others get a better idea of services offered before visiting.

This place is so great!! Henry and his wife Haley are amazing. They make sure everything you wanted is done to your liking. Very professional!! The Salon looks amazing and very spacious, and has tons of color options. It would be a great place for a bridal party to go to get ready for the big day!
