2025-12-10I always see Tamia to get my nails done. Today she did holiday nails for Christmas and it was so fun! It was easy to talk about ideas with her. They look and feel great.

2025-12-08Asked for a callus treatment for my daughter which was an add on to their service. Some older lady said I’m not a Dr.. I said I know you’re not a Dr you do pedicures and all I was asking for was my daughter an added extra service from your menu. She didn't even look at my daughter's feet so why she said she wasn't a Dr was beyond me. All I asked was to add on a callus treatment. If she had a callus that needed medical attention we sure wouldnt asked a nail salon, we'd went to podiatrist. Their pricing menu stated: build your own pedicure That’s what I was asking if she could get a callus treatment. The lady that done my nails Lynns was wonderful - she asked that mean lady 3 times a question and she snapped at her terribly. Poor Lynns just got quiet. That older lady needs fired. She embarrassed herself in front of a roomful of other customers. They looked at her as she was walking off with raised eyebrows.

2025-12-07My nails are super cute but when I entered and showed them picture of what I wanted on every nail which had gems I. It I was quoted $95. But, then we realized my nails were too short for gems. So we took all the gems out and I still had to pay $95. Pretty sure something is wrong with that!!! For sure no gems and it was not cheaper. Really!!!!!

2025-07-23Clean, kind, and amazing work at Ombré. All of the nail techs do great jobs!! I’ve been coming here for years and this is the best salon in the boro. Lu, Tina, and Ayon are all so kind and do fantastic jobs with any design you throw at them!!
