It was a lovely place but the service wasn’t worth the price. I had to fix my eyebrows at home. The mapping was fine at first and then I looked at them afterwards and they weren’t even close to when she first mapped them. Second one was when I’ve mapped my own eyebrows.

Absolutely love this place. Have seen multiple artists for my brows and I’m happy every time I leave !! So clean, professional and smells phenomenal. I actually brought my 3 year old daughter with me today and the first thing she said when we walked in was “it smells so good in here!”. Nothing like a small child’s honesty !!!! 10/10!

I have been a customer of Little Lash and Brow boutique for over six months now. I went in for a consultation for lip blushing, (which I didn’t end up doing because of my husband!), but I decided to go back because I wanted to do lash extensions. OMG, Dessi is amazing! I see her every 2 to 3 weeks for my lashes, joined the subscription club to make life easier, got a piercing, and today I finally bit the bullet and I’m going to do brows next time… Shaping and staining because it is time! Everybody at the boutique is so super friendly, so helpful and it really it is an environment that is so welcoming. They have got a customer for life!

Please look at their return policy on their website. It will show you that they don’t stand by their products and services. I have been getting my eyebrows done for over 30 years. Unfortunately, expensive does not always mean better. Reviews are not always truthful. They gave me two different eyebrows and left a lot of hair that still needed to be plucked. When I asked them kindly to fix it, they gave me a hard time. I have a salon in Queens that only charges seven dollars and does much better work. Unfortunately, Suffolk County does not have a lot of very good salons for eyebrows with high-quality work. So you do try the expensive places so you can get it done at least halfway decent. I found this place not even halfway decent for the price. It’s OK to ask for a service to be fixed as long as you do it in a kind manner. Unfortunately, this salon will not fix anything you asked them to fix and again look at their website and what they write about refund policy. I wish more unhappy customers would post so that people don’t get ripped off. When you pay for a high quality service, you expect it and they did not produce high-quality service.
