To begin with the place feels very pleasant to come in to. Smells nice, clean and welcoming. Hillary was pleasant to communicate with and very attentive. Also patient with my language barrier,given that English isn't my native language. She was very professional and knew how to get the results we were looking for. It was fast and efficient in pleasant and care full atmosphere. I highly recommend working with her. I did color full head - Oway, organic. Felt very comfortable on my normally reactive scalp, didn't burn and no burning or overwhelming fumes. Gentle scent. I also had a hair cut. I have curly messy hair so it isn't easy to fit me a haircut. We first had a discussion in which i wasn't very clear with what i want only new i want it just slightly cut to keep the length and anyone who tried asking ror that knows how many hairdresses say yes but end up cutting dramatically shorter. So , i really appreciated that she kept my request . Made an effort to get in the same page with me. Buy also took charge where i had no clue... And i love the results. Thank you.

Elizabeth is wonderful! She always makes my hair look beautiful. I appreciate her attention to detail and the way she makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable.

I went in for a facial and it was a fantastic experience. Niki was wonderful, she did an amazing job. And the staff at the front desk made me feel comfortable and were very helpful. I definitely recommend Incentives Spa!!

Today was my first time at the Spa. Meredith did a full body massage on me. We spoke before she started to go over the areas I needed more work on. She was amazing!! Perfect amount of pressure and just the right amount of time on my stiff neck. Great experience. Made my second appointment on the spot.
