Rainbow Nails

I went in to Rainbow Nail & Spa for the first time. After looking at the mixed reviews, i can honestly say that my personal experience was great. It’s a family atmosphere; yes it may not be your typical ‘bougie’ salon, but they had the tools they needed to do the job. I think folks should give this place a chance and be open minded with the process and if a situation occurs; mistakes happen and we cannot let it ruin our day. It’s best to work together to find a solution. I should have asked the price before i made the reservation so i had to deal with the total. I paid 43 for pedicure, and 35 for manicure. The lady did nudge for me to give a tip and i felt bad if i said no so i put in 5 bucks. She did try to sell me their other services in the beginning but i kindly declined. They’re just doing what every business does, i think it’s good to support our local nail salons. Nonetheless, nails were beautiful, and the workers were very nice. Just always make sure to prepare yourself with the price no matter where you get your nails done :)

Great work. However, my tech didn't speak English well and communication was lost when scrubbing my toe. I said it hurts and she smiled and kept scrubbing. Please do better with understanding your customer.

Jenny is a true artist! I used to get my nails done here with my mom, who is no longer with us. I decided to go back to get my nails done for my sister’s wedding, and they are just as good as I remember them being. Jenny was so meticulous, and really spent a lot of time making sure all my nails were even and that they matched. I did have one nail pop off after 4 days, but I had jammed it, so it was my fault. I will absolutely be going back when I need my nails done again.

Very friendly. Received an awesome massage with my pedicure however the paint job was less than satisfactory than my previous visits. My nails were not painted all the way to the cuticle.

If you’re looking for a quality set if you’re looking for art if you’re looking for technique, don’t go here this place is for middle-aged Older women who are only looking for a basic a nc or a basic spa pedicure, I asked for a French set and my set was a curve in a circle. This is not it as soon as someone else came in because he was running long he decided to rush me and start grabbing my hands up, caught an attitude as soon as I decided, I wanted to switch my color and then my design that wasn’t even a design so I decided not to get it.
