Polished NYC

I was able to try out Polished NYC for the first time this week. The receptionist Kat was AMAZING! She made the experience feel so lush and welcoming from the very beginning. ✨ My nail artist, Alina was amazing as well. She did my nails and even fixed a few damaged nails. This was my very first Russian Manicure & definitely not my last. 🤍

Alina always takes care of me! She truly does the best job when it comes to my manicures. I discovered Polished NYC a few months ago, and Alina has been taking care of me since. Shes pays attention to detail and has always checked in throughout the service to make sure I’m happy with the way my nails are turning out. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for best in class nail care. Thank you Alina!

I’m so happy with my french tip gel nails! Saglara took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. She is so sweet and detailed with her work. Definitely would recommend! (3 week update) It was only when I chipped a nail, that I decided to make an appointment again with Saglara, to remove the gel polish and fix the broken nail. Overall, I’m so happy with how long my nails stayed beautiful, strong, and flawless!

I booked my appointment about 2-3 hours before my appointment time which was really nice that I they had the Availability. I got serviced my Melanie and she was very understanding of the state of my nails, I had 1 broken nail and in total I got 3 nail extensions. The front desk receptionist was truly amazing, she brought me coffee and chocolates and I also came with a friend who was able to sit in the waiting area and she also got tea and chocolates. The only critique I would give is that the nail extensions were a bit wide compared to my nails and as they grew out it was more noticeable. In the photo attached my pointer finger had the nail extension.

I recently visited Polished for a gel pedicure with Lilia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lilia is an incredibly skilled nail technician — meticulous, gentle, and very detail-oriented. She took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly, from shaping the nails to caring for the cuticles, and the results were absolutely flawless. The gel application was smooth and even, with a beautiful finish that looks elegant and professional. What I especially appreciated was how clean and comfortable the salon felt, and how attentive Lilia was throughout the entire appointment. My pedicure still looks amazing, and I’ve received so many compliments already. If you’re looking for top-quality nail care and long-lasting results, I highly recommend booking with Lilia at Polished. She’s truly wonderful!
