Nail Top

I travel a little over an hour from another state to do my nails with Alex at nail top. Her designs that she personally designs are beyond on point and honestly I’m funny about who touches my nails because I know that they’re conversational pieces. So my nail artist is why I meet new people everyday. The ladies there are great and I will continue going to her… Be patient tho sometimes it can get busy. But if you know you know.

I’m so disappointed with Nailtops customer service today in particular. Y’all have lost a customer. Been going to you ladies for the last 5 years faithfully. Yall were not as busy today and it still seemed as if service was slow. They have a list for people to sign in for their spot. Two ladies came in AFTER me today. I know damn well they were not on that list. And Cindy claimed they were there “earlier “. That is fine, but their names were not on the list, so then what is the point of the list if you are not following by it? I had waited there a whole hour and patiently waited. They have Total disregard for my y and so with that being said, I won’t be coming back here. There are more reputable salons in the capital region area and I still choose to come to y’all.

DO NOT GO TO THE GUYS worst nail experience i’ve ever had. i’m going back tomorrow to demand someone else redoes them because never have i EVER felt so bad about my nails. literally left the shop in tears. the heavier set older male there is the absolute rudest, most aggressive person i’ve ever had touch my hands!! i had asked for light pink french tip square nails and they came out CHUNKY, CROOKED and was cut MULTIPLE times on multiple fingers to the point of bleeding nonstop and hurt so so bad i started crying. they’re also not even the same length and shorter than i asked for!! like why is my one ring finger longer than the middle finger next to it?? the french tips are so much thicker than i had asked for and when i would calmly ask him to fix certain things such as making them more narrow or even just being gentler, he’d sigh loudly, and was getting short with me when all i was asking was for them to be done CORRECTLY. i genuinely can’t even look at them right now without bursting into tears that i spent $45 on these things. the first picture i attached is what i showed him (and kept showing him throughout the service) and you can see clearly in the rest of the pictures just how bad and irritated my nails and cuticles look. ** EDIT** i went back and my girl Kandy hooked me UP!! soooo much better; left smiling up the wazoo instead of sobbing :))) thank you so so much ladies

Omg everyone here is just amazing, from Jenny to candy to their entire team the atmosphere is good and there customer service is on point.. my favorite nail tech is ALEX am very picky but she gets me and always gets the job done I love love love her .. no matter what I ask for it’s always gets done she’s very professional and great at her job she takes time out to get to know her clients very funny and caring … it’s funny she knows when am going on vacation or at work my the length of my nails I full recommend you won’t ever regret it Ps coming from a very picky client Love you Alex!!!!!

Alex is the absolute BEST! I've been getting my nails done by her for the past 4 years and I won't go to anyone else. She is so talented and makes all my crazy nail visions come to life. Pricing is very fair for the work she does and she's the sweetest!
